In addition, if we accept your case, we will advance all of the costs and fees necessary to investigate and prosecute your case. If we successfully obtain a monetary recovery, we simply ask you agree to pay us a reasonable percentage (depending on the difficulties, challenges and costs of the particular case) of the total award, plus costs and expenses which we advance on your behalf. If the jury verdict is zero, our fee is zero. We work harder for you because if you don't get paid, we don't get paid.
